Box Panel Stainless Steel dilengkapi dengan internal / eksternal grounding stud, namun jika diperlukan, satu atau lebih rel terpasang terminal grounding dapat dipasang di dalam box tetapi jumlah terminal daya harus dikurangi.
Box memiliki toleransi metrik/ lubang masuk polos sebagai standar. Lubang Alternatif yang disediakan mengacu pada standar yang diakui misalnya BSPP, ET dll (benang Paralel saja). Lubang Plain entri harus menjaga hal berikut:
a) Lubang biasa harus tidak lebih besar dari 0.7mm di atas diameter utama dari ulir masuk.
b) cablegland atau stoppling plug dipegang secara kuat, misalnya bahwa cablegland tidak akan copot oleh dampak kekuatan 7Nm.
c) Box harus dipertahankan pada IP66 dengan menggunakan sealing washer yang cocok di bawah bahu cablegland tersebut.
Teknisi dapat mengebor lubang masuk polos di box sesuai dengan standard dan sesuai dengan sertifikasi
The Hawke enclosure or Junction Box Panel Stainless Steel is provided with an integral internal / external earth stud assembly, but when required, one or more rail mounted earth terminals may be fitted inside the enclosure but the quantity of power terminals shall be reduced accordingly. ( Note: power terminals may be used as ‘ clean earths’ ) .
The enclosure has metric clearance / plain entry holes as standard. Alternative clearance holes are available provided they are to a recognised standard e.g. BSPP, ET etc. ( Parallel threads only) . Plain entry holes must maintain the following:
a) The plain hole shall be no larger than 0.7mm above the major diameter of the entry thread.
b) The cable gland or stopping plug is secured internally by a locknut, such that the cable gland or stopping plug will not be dislodged by a 7Nm impact.
c) The enclosure should be maintained at IP66 by the use of a suitable sealing washer under the shoulder of the cable gland.
The customer may drill plain entry holes in the enclosure providing they are in accordance with the relevant code of practice and comply with the certification.
All unused entry holes must be fitted with a stopping plug as listed on the enclosure certificate. The stopping plug shall be held in place by a locknut.
