Junction Box GRP Explosionproof
Ketika menghubungkan terminal dengan konduktor di Junction Box Panel Explosionproof GRP yang kurang dari ukuran maksimum yang diijinkan untuk jenis terminal, ampli maksimum per kutub, harus dikurangi sesuai yaitu sebuah WDU10 (10mm²) terminal dilengkapi dengan konduktor 4mm² akan memiliki nilai arus dikurangi dengan yang nilai sekarang diizinkan melalui WDU4 (4mm²) terminal.
Untuk Aplikasi aman, terminal listrik Exe dapat diberikan dalam warna biru sesuai permintaan. (Catatan: box panel akan tetap bersertifikat Exe).
Sebuah terminal grounding di Junction Box Panel Explosionproof GRP harus dipasang di dalam box. (Catatan: terminal daya dapat digunakan sebagai grounding).
Boxpanel telah disiapkan ulir masuk type metrik sebagai standar. Ulir Tapered tidak diperbolehkan di box plastik karena risiko retak karena tegangan.
When connecting a terminal with a conductor in a Junction Box Panel GRP Explosionproof that is less than maximum size permitted for that terminal type, the maximum amps per pole must be reduced to suit i.e. an WDU10 ( 10mm² ) terminal fitted with a 4mm² conductor will have the current rating reduced to that of the current rating permitted through the WDU4 ( 4mm² ) terminal.
For Intrinsically Safe Applications, Exe power terminals can be supplied in blue on request. ( Note: the enclosure will remain Exe certified) .
An earth terminal in the Junction Box Panel GRP Explosionproof must be fitted inside the enclosure. ( Note: Power terminals may be used as ‘ clean earths’ ) .
The enclosure has tapped metric entry threads as standard. Tapered threads are not permitted in plastic enclosures due to risk of stress cracking.
